Shipping Options

In order to keep your shipping costs low and unless a shipping upgrade is specified, we ship all of our products via the United States Postal Service. Depending on your location and the speed of your mail service in that part of the country, it can take between 7 to 10 days to arrive.

Shipping upgrades are available through Express Mail, FedEx ground or US Postal Service Priority Two-Day Service. These are flat rate prices, $20.00 for Express Mail 1-2 day service, FedEx ground service for $8.60 and $5.50 for USPS Priority Two-Day.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, however please allow sufficient time for the shipping method you select. Please indicate any deadlines in the order comments and choose the appropriate shipping method to ensure timely delivery.

Return Policy

No returned item will be accepted without a return authorization number. If you need to return your order please call (623)362-2071 to obtain authorization prior to shipping your items. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee. In most cases shipping charges will not be refunded.

Orders for customized patches and/or Honor Bears cannot be accepted for return.
